Is it necessary to wear a face mask? Or am I being hysterical? Does it even work to keep the virus away? Does it look too clinical? Unfriendly and unapproachable? A repellent of social interaction, definitively. I never knew much about face masks. This one I bought for my work many months ago, a FFP2 face mask, now strangely very much in demand. But I never imagined that I would be grateful for having it during a pandemic. But in the end, I have given up on wearing it. Wearing it is too uncomfortable and feels like exacerbating the crisis in my head.
